But they do own some radio stations in other parts of their business - the number one station in Poland, for example. The other interesting thing is that Bauer in the UK is (relatively) small, well in number of titles anyway - the EMAP team will bring potentially more experience to that business. Perhaps. Quite quickly? Considering Bauer is first and foremost a publishing business and the strong interest they expressed in acquiring title such as 'Heat' and 'Closer', I can't help but think they negotiated a good price for radio to sell on at a small mark up soon after?
