The only decent thing they've done has been to migrate the news section into the main BBC News content production system, so it at least works now. I've always thought that BBC London should be a good service. Unlike most of the BBC Nations and Regions stations, it has a much younger target audience, and a target area with much more of an identity and a definition. The 'three play' (web, TV [local news bulletins], radio) could work as a proposition, but sadly doesn't work at all at the moment (I think they've even begun to downplay the concept themselves now).
