As you say it's growth demographic and one that isn't well catered for in the region. The 2 BBC locals have gone 'younger' possibly as a countermove prior to launch. But also what I have found is a lot people listening to smooth who I wouldn't have expected to... but then it's a relaxing listen, well put together and has stand out in a region of blandness.
