Matt's the Creative Director at Folder Media, a radio and new media consultancy that helps people do things they wouldn't normally do.

He's also part of the management team of MuxCo and runs the children's radio station Fun Kids.

Outside of the day-jobs, Matt runs, with Matt Hill, Podcast Awards Ltd, which operates the British Podcast Awards and Australian Podcast Awards. He also presents The Media Podcast and writes a weekly newsletter, Matt on Audio, articles from which you can find on the right hand side.

Some news last week from The Information, that EW Scripps are looking to sell their podcast business Stitcher.

Stitcher has evolved quite a lot since it started in 2008 as a sort of internet radio service/app that collated together podcasts into a radio-esque feed. It was acquired by Deezer to be their speech play in October 2014
